Ending Insomnia

“D” came to me with the complaint of not being able to sleep at night.  He would be up during most of the nights, and couldn’t understand why he wasn’t able to sleep.

We started looking into what it was that was keeping him up.  Very quickly he learned that his fears and worries about his business made him restless. “D” learned that the fears he was experiencing today were the same kind of fears and emotions he had experienced in his early childhood years.

The treatment was focused on teaching him how to connect and listen to his body and emotions. This in return allowed him to access, clear, and heal the root causes of his early childhood traumas, which were related to insomnia.

Once we began clearing and healing the core issues and memories that had caused his constant worry and anxiety, he was able to return to quiet nights and sleep again. The whole process took about 4-5 months.
