Treating Depression and Anxiety

“A” came to me feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and the inability to express his emotions.  He was rather introverted, feeling lost and locked inside his own world. He was aware that the anxiety he was experiencing was somehow connected to his childhood, even though he didn’t exactly understand how, or what had caused it.

As we worked through his childhood trauma and the underlying emotions, “A’s” anxiety kept going down session after session.  Only three months later he felt that his communication with his wife and children had drastically changed.  He felt a lot happier and had a much greater peace of mind.
