Finding the Inner Strength and Clarity to Ending an Abusive Relationship

“R” came to me feeling disconnected and in complete disarray with her life.  She was in an abusive relationship and felt helpless and confused. At that point in time, she had no recollection of her childhood. After working with her for a period of time, she started to uncover memories of her childhood sexual abuse.  “R” was able to access and uncover these memories, after having gone through an extensive healing process and feeling safe and supported.

As a result of the work she had done and the healing she had undergone, she was able to start making sense of her life, and found the strength to leave the abusive marriage she was in, and take her life into her own hands.
