Overcoming Anxiety

“B” came to me feeling bitter, anxious, depressed and angry at life and everyone in general.  She was lacking any kind of joy, or connection to anything that could bring her any kind of joy in life. She felt consumed by resentment, and how badly life had treated her.

Gently and over time we started uncovering the early childhood memories that left her feeling bitter and with no tools on how to build loving, healthy and caring relationships in her life.  During every process, we brought deep healing and tools to the inner child that suffered severe abuse by her brutal and unloving mother.

Today “B” is feeling a lot more balanced.  She rarely reacts with anger and resentment, but instead feels a lot quieter and with a piece of mind that is new to her.  Her sense of awareness has grown tremendously, and she experiences a new kind of connection with the people around her.
